Q.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
A.
No. We can produce any number of pieces, from 1 to 1 million. Although, the more we can run at a time, the lower the cost will be. (Especially large quantity requirements will have to be evaluated for capacity).
Q.
Do you have a price sheet?
A.
No. Due to the custom nature of our product, each design must be quoted separately. Many factors contribute to the overall price of a product, including size, shape, number of colors, quantity ordered, etc. For a free quotation, click here or contact us at sales@craftoriginators.com.

Q.
What is embossing?
A.
Embossing is an additional feature that we offer (and encourage) to further enhance our products.
In Domes®, embossing is a “crimping” of the chrome to create lines or patterns that add dimension to the part before the urethane is applied. In Hibosscal®, the “crimping” takes place on the 1st surface of the part and adds texture.
We can emboss in a number of pre-set patterns, or in any pattern that you create.

Q.
What substrates can you use?
A.
We use a variety of substrates including vinyl, polycarbonate, acrylics, aluminum, photo-luminescent material, chrome mylar, brushed chrome, prismatic film, and carbon fiber. These can be used “under” Domes® and many can be laminated onto the back of Hibosscal®.
Q.
What is the difference between Domes® and Hibosscal®?
A.
Domes® start out as a flat graphic, then urethane is added to the top to create a clear plastic “cap.”
Hibosscal® is a clear, thick vinyl material. We can print on its top and bottom surfaces, then die-cut in the shape you desire.
