Injection Molded appearance, durability and design capabilities without the high tooling costs…Automotive OEM grade chrome and mirror finish surface without the negative impact on the environment…Look no further than HiFlex®.
This is our premier dimensional line, providing exceptional design versatility and the opportunity to create some of the most dynamic multi-profile parts in the industry. Originally developed as an addition to our nameplate and graphics line, HiFlex® adapts equally well in the creation of bezels, trim and other decorative and functional components. The HiFlex® technology like most of our products is flexible permitting direct application to flat or slightly contoured surfaces without the need for re-tooling. On your next design project, look to HiFlex®…an innovative, durable and cost effective alternative.
Finishes
HiFlex® can be produced with our high grade bright chrome film to create the appearance of polished metal. The look is very similar to injection molding with the added benefits of flexibility and easy application. Metallic gold, black chrome, woodgrain and platinum are available as standard materials. We also offer screen printing if a custom color match is required. *Other film finishes are available by special order. HiFlex® is a ROHS compliant product.
HiFlex® & Domes® or Hibosscal®
HiFlex® can be produced in combination with other Craft products to provide additional impact
and distinction.
Multi-Profile
Multi-profile HiFlex® will enhance the look of your dimensional graphic. Multiple layers or steps can be built into the design. Embossing textures can also be applied.
Tooling
Although similar in appearance to injection molding, the tooling costs for HiFlex® are much less, making design modifications, prototypes and running changes more economical.
Application
Finished parts can be die cut to singles or Kiss Cut Pre-Spaced with a pre-mask to ensure spacing consistency and ease of application. Transfer sheets can be custom die cut to aid in correct repeated placement.
*Minimum Order Quantities would apply.
